Offshore Paramedic

Employer:  International SOS Location: Australia Offshore International SOS is currently seeking qualified and experienced paramedic to assist us in our offshore location in Australian Waters near Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level medical support to our client, including primary health and emergency care services. You will be providing primary healthcare services to the standards set out by International SOS policies and procedures and initial emergency response where required.

Doctor - Cruise (Permanent)

Location: Germany/Global Offshore Salary:€55,000 - €110,000 per year, plus benefits I am currently working with a Leading Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Doctor on board. The Role In this 'hands on' position as Doctor you will report directly into the Staff Captain, and enjoy the responsibility and authority that the role offers. You will provide medical services to guests and crew, and assist the Staff Captain with shipboard health related matters, including illness reporting and outbreak prevention. As Doctor on board you will ensure that all guests receive the best quality of care, and that all care is delivered in line with international and company policies and legislation. The ideal candidate will have: -At least 3 years experience as Doctor -English and German language skills (intermediate level or higher) -Seagoing experience is an advantage -5 years clinical experience working in Acute care -1 year experience in Cardiac Life Support

Offshore Nurses

Location: North Sea Sector: Oil & Gas Contract: Ongoing Rotation: Various Job Role: We are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced UK Nursing and Midwifery Council registered Nurses to provide medical and welfare support to personnel working offshore, North Sea. Duties include primary healthcare, emergency medical response, First Aid training and promotion of lifestyle issues including fitness, alcohol awareness and healthy eating. The successful candidate will also be responsible for health and hygiene inspections, providing support to occupational health, advising on other safety issues, in addition to general administration and computer based reporting. Experience / Qualifications Previous offshore experience ideal Minimum of two years post qualification medical practice Current NMC registration Current Advanced Cardiac Certification (ALS/ACLS)

Offshore Intensive Care Paramedic

Location: Offshore The proposed position would see you join our team of medical professionals working on a long term project providing primary health care, initial emergency response and other related services to all client employees and subcontractors on site, as per scope of work at an offshore installation within Australian Waters. Skills and Experience required Ability and competence to perform the main ALS activities to stabilize a patient (intubation, use of manual defibrillators, sedation, use of IV lines, use of common emergency medicine drugs); Minimum of 5 years' work experience in Emergency Medicine, Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a remote location, Formal Qualification in Paramedical studies (Bachelor Degree in Paramedic or Health Science or equivalent) and;
