Nurse (Offshore HSE Team)

The Role:

We are actively seeking highly qualified nurses with experience in remote offshore assignments. This position will take place on a variety of offshore ships, where you will utilize your expertise to mitigate and treat illnesses and injuries while participating in ongoing safety and emergency training. Ideally, you would have extensive experience providing medical services in the offshore environment. We are looking for candidates with a commitment to a proactive approach to workplace safety while taking a diplomatic and professional approach to customer interactions. RMI Offshore Team

Our offshore team consists of highly qualified nurses and paramedics which provide medical services for our clients. When new offshore opportunities become available, the "Offshore Team" is the first team contacted to find coverage for the new assignments. Generally, our team members have various availability and serve on this team in conjunction with other employment.

These projects will take primarily based in Europe and Africa

Position Qualifications:
Active license/certification as a nurse or home country equivalent
2+ years of experience as a nurse in an offshore setting
Fluent command of the English language
Ability to obtain and maintain a Fit for Duty (FFD) clearance
Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR or equivalent(s)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent(s)
Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent(s)
Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)
Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Preferred Qualifications:
National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH)
Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) training, experience, and/or certifications
