This position is offshore roving, providing medical support and Health Environment and Safety (HES) coverage on FSO.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:


Provide medical care including emergency care for all company employees and contractors
Lead administrating/promoting Health Programs
Prepare monthly/annual Medical Statistic reports and submittal to Public Health, Authority
Prioritize work to visit jobsite, perform safeguard Verifications & Validations according to OE
(Operational Excellence) expectations, identify system level gaps and provide recommendations to facilities leaders to set actions to close gaps in order to achieve OE performance targets
Facilitate incident investigation and analysis incident trends
Be an OEHES Subject Matter Expert (SME) to effectively implement OE Processes/Procedures/ standards
Perform workforce engagement and promote safe working environment including near miss reporting, hazard recognitions and safeguard verifications

Qualifications:


Technical Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and HES related fields in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health and Safety. Certified Safety Professional and Occupational Health Nurse is preferable. 2+ yrs experience in HES (Offshore O&G Operations is preferable). Ability to advice and facilitate the implement of new/emerging OE or regulatory programs and implement of HES tools to improve OE performance


Communication / Teamwork
Communicates effectively in all directions and able to disseminate technical information to non-technical audience. Works effectively / collaboratively to build strong relationships


Leadership Skills
Aligned with We Lead including, but not limited to, ability to influence diverse groups and influencing change in in their organization undergoing dynamic transformation and effective influencing key stakeholders. Ability to prioritize works to allow time to visit Critical Worksites, analyze findings and provide advices on system level gaps
