Job description

The Offshore Medic completes comprehensive nursing care including health promotion, illness prevention, supportive, curative, and rehabilitative care to individuals aboard the offshore rig as a member of an interdisciplinary/interpectoral team. The incumbent of this position will be working in collaboration with health care provider, educator, researcher and leader/advocate for both the patients in their care and professional issues affecting health care in general.

Minimum Mandatory Training & Experience

Previous drilling and rig experience
Basic Survival Training (BST) including HUET/HUEBA

Marine/Emergency First Aid
Valid offshore medical per CAPP guidelines
Security Awareness training for Installation personnel without security responsibilities
H2S Awareness
