In addition to the general medic duties and responsibilities, the safety medic performs the following duties: advises and assists the client in planning and managing the QHSE aspects of the project, supports and assists the crew in the sustained implementation and verification of QHSE standards and procedures and adherence to these through training, provides technical assistance and monitoring, promotes a consistent HSE awareness throughout the crew and assures robust reporting on HSE activities and events to the client.
